Its nutritious, tasty and very easy to make. You can break chunks of it in a bowl and have it like a breakfast cereal, as a crumble over ice cream/yoghurt or simply by itself as a snack.
This recipe vegan friendly.

Ingredients
Jaggery or palm sugar 100gm
Honey 150gm
Coconut oil 80gm
Peanut butter 80gm
Rolled oats 300gm
Shredded or flaked coconut 50gm
Choice of seeds/grains 45gm*
Raisins/Cranberry 15gm
Cinnamon powder 4gm
Salt 2gm
Choice of nuts 45gm**
*(I used a mix of peanut and almonds, you can use flax seeds, pumpkin seeds etc)
**( Almonds/Cashewnut/Pistachio etc..)
This is a base recipe, substitute the quantities with other seeds, nuts, dried fruits of your choice.
If you use dates/prunes, you might want to reduce the sweetness accodingly.
Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees centigrade.
2. Roast the oats in the oven for 4-5 minutes in a flat tray.
3. Mix the jaggery/palm sugar, coconut oil, peanut butter, honey in a microwave safe bowl melt it slightly, place aside.

4. Add the oats in a mixing bowl, pour in the liquid ingredients and give it a nice mix.

5. Lightly grease a flat baking tray, pour the mixture onto the tray. Flatten the mixture, gently press to level the mixture.

6. Bake it for 15-20 minutes until a light and golden colour is obtained.
7. Place aside, when slightly warm using a serrated knife cut to desired shape.
